On March 23, 2014, Goldcoast Ballroom honored beloved longtime concierge Vita Abate with a special farewell celebration during its Sunday evening Social Dance, ahead of her move back to New Jersey.

A cherished member of the Goldcoast family, Vita worked alongside General Manager Helen Lamb and co-owners Jeff Sandler and Vinny Munno, helping oversee the ballroom’s daily operations.

An accomplished ballroom dancer and certified member of the National Dance Teachers Association, Vita had participated in showcases, DanceSport competitions and professional performances for more than 25 years.

The celebration recognized Vita’s dedication, contributions and lasting impact on the Goldcoast community.
